This is a paid collaboration between myself and Schwartz, however all views and opinions are my own.
It’s absolutely Baltic at the moment and I don’t know about you, but theres nothing better than a good old heartwarming meal to make you feel all warm and cosy inside!
I’ve used Schwartz flavour sachets for a long time to be honest. I’m not a natural cook, I always say I hate cooking but once I’m in the zone, I actually really like it! However, I digress! These flavour sachets are a lifesaver and a timesaver, adding tonnes of taste to your favourite meals.

Firstly, I took my minced beef and browned it off in a frying pan. Unusually, we used 15% fat mince due to the sheer volume of Spaghetti Bolognese we were making. I usually use 5% mince or Quorn but in honesty, I felt that the higher fat content actually added to the overall flavour.
You could also brown off onions and mushrooms to add further flavour and texture.
Now add the Schwartz Spaghetti Bolognese Sachet to the mince, as well as 400g of chopped tomatoes and keep stirring to ensure all of the flavour is evenly distributed. Cook continuously until thoroughly cooked to your liking.
In the meantime, cook your favourite type of pasta to accompany – I used linguine instead of spaghetti because I prefer the thickness. You could always use penne pasta if spaghetti is too messy for your liking.
Et Voila! Add a little basil and you’re good to go!
A gorgeous dish perfect for couples, families and first dates! Serve with delicious garlic bread for a real Italian treat!
I can’t recommend the Schwartz Spaghetti Bolognese Mix enough – as a busy, working teacher, I need quick, nutritious meals but I don’t want to and shouldn’t have to compromise on flavour. Problem solved!
As always, share your meal pics and comments with me! I love to see them.
